Day 2: Arrival at Dar Es Salaam

Arrive in Dar es Salaam in the late morning or early afternoon. Check into a beachside hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing after the flight.

Day 3: Full day at Dar Es Salaam
Travel / Activity
Spend the morning exploring Dar es Salaam, visiting cultural sites such as the National Museum, the Village Museum, and Kariakoo Market. In the afternoon, take a boat ride to Mbudya Island, a tranquil marine reserve just off the coast, and enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and fresh seafood on the beach. Return to your hotel in the evening.

Day 4: Travel to Mikumi National Park & Afternoon Safari

After breakfast, you’ll take a scenic 6-hour drive to Mikumi National Park and enjoy your first afternoon game drive on arrival.
Day 5: Full day at Mikumi

Spend the day on morning and afternoon game drives in Mikumi, spotting elephants, zebras, giraffes, and lions in the savannah.
Day 6: Charter Flight to Ruaha National Park & Sunset Safari

You’ll transfer back and take a charter flight to the remote and wild Ruaha National Park, where you’ll enjoy a sunset game drive before dinner.
Day 7: Full-Day Safari in Ruaha

Day 8: Fly to Zanzibar & Transfer to Nungwi Beach

Day 12: Depart from Zanzibar to Oslo
